About the wine

Bairrada, Portugal. 85% Bical and 15% Fernão Pires from 20-year-old vines grown on sandy soils. Fermented with wild yeasts, briefly macerated with the skins, and aged in stainless steel for a few months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2.
