José Pastor x Oriol Artigas x Pablo Matallana (Tarò Vinícola)

80% Listán Negro & 20% Listán Blanco from a centenarian vineyard in the town of Orotava on the northern face of Tenerife, Canary Islands. Grapes are hand-harvested, foot trodden and co-macerate for 5 days whole-cluster with some fresh juice poured into the tank for the wine to semi-carbonically macerate. Élevage is 9 months in vat before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
