67% Listán Negro, 35% Listán Blanco, 3% Moscatel Alexandria from a single parcel of 7 year-old vines cultivated according to biodynamic principles in the town of Orotava on the northern face of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Pure volcanic soils. Grapes are hand-harested, foot trodden, co-macerate for 2 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in traditional stone lagar. 9 month élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
