The Details
11 Years old!! A rare gem of Old Vine Cinsault from pebble, clay, and limestone. 50% whole clusters. Smoky on the nose but bursting with red fruit on the palate, elegant and silky, truly delicious. Decant an hour before drinking.
Emile Hérédia, of Pineau d'Aunis fame in the Loire, has moved south to the Languedoc where he tends 6 hectares of vines and produces cuvees each named for a different film. This is after Jane Fonda's Sunday in New York.
