The Details

100% Chardonnay from young (10-15 year-old vines) organically cultivated in the serpentinite/quartzite/eclogite soils of Muscadet. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly crushed and pressed pneumatically. Spontaneous fermentation in underground glass-lined cuves/stainless steel tank. Aged sur lie for 8-10 months with regular stirring. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<25ppm) added SO2.
