The Details

A vibrant petillant naturel of Chenin Blanc, made during a tough vintage for Nicolas that forced him to use grapes from across his property and declassify his still Chenin. Left in bottle on the lees for four years, the final disgorged wine is dramatic, a performance of Carmen in a glass. Scintillating minerality and golden orchard fruit, with a hint of salted caramel.
