About the wine

100% Airen from 120-year-old vines planted on poor clay and limestone, macerated on the skins for 14 months in stainless steel. Pressed into stainless steel tanks for two months, then rested in bottle for four years. Zero additions. The nose is like the Tangiers half of Jarmusch’s Only Lovers Left Alive: dried orange and candied bergamot, cardamom and saffron, salt scrubbed cast iron pots. A truly wild palate, full-bodied and balanced between musk and freshness, with a persistent, saline finish.
