The Details
Nebbiolo & Barbera from clay/limestone soils organically cultivated, averaging 28 years of age. The name of the wine translates to "Grandpa & The Tree." The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, & macerate for 3-4 weeks. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral barrel for 1-2 years. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
