Ancestral method cider made from 100 different varieties of organic cider apples grown by Walden Heights Orchard in West Danville, Vermont. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel and finished in bottle. No SO2.

From Fable Farm: "On a village hillside terraced by hand, Todd Parlo shepherds a rich diversity of fruit and herbaceous perennials. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks in our barn’s loft before being siphoned into bottles to finish fermentation. Derived from the Latin emanare, meaning to pour forth or flow out of, Emanation is a cosmological concept that all life originates from a Unified Whole or Source Field."
