The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc from a combination of vine ages (10-100 years-old) in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. Fabrice is a neighbor and lifelong friend of Sébastien Dervieux's (aka Babass!). Directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged in fiberglass for 9 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
