This is glou-glou in a liter and it carries some soul with it -- co-fermented rock n roll from Ruben Parera of Celler Finca Parera located in northeast Spain's Penedes.
Tasting Notes: Highly glou cherry raspberry juice. Bone dry, crisp, refreshing -- drinks like a rosé!
Vinification: A 1L blend of Xarel-lo, Garnacha Blanca, and Sumoll hand-harvested. The grapes are co-planted, co-fermented and in stainless steel and aged for 9 months in cement tanks. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no additional SO2.
