The Details
"The “Suburban Moraines” still cider speaks to the forgotten sites that inspire Erik; roughly 10% of the apples used for this come from uncultivated crab apple trees from random domestic front yards and backyards, parks and preserves, as well as the common green places next to the highways of Long Island. The remaining fruit is roughly equal parts Black Twig and Winesap apples from Breeze Hill Farm, Peconic, Long Island.
A brisk and tart cider who's foundation is complimented and enhanced by this green, minty freshness it feels like being in an apple orchard, after a rain storm, eating mint chocolate chip ice cream."
