The Details

100% Grenache from 50+ year-old vines organically farmed in the Mayacamas Mountains at 1800 ft elevation. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously ferment in neutral barrel. Pressed after 2 weeks, the wine ages for 10 months in barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
