Forthave, "Single-Batch FIVE" [375mL]

Single-Batch FIVE - the fifth-release of Forthave's experimental range of concoctions. This is a ready-to-drink Negroni composed of BLUE, RED, and a custom vermouth produced from distilled Finger Lakes wines (monovarietal Cayuga, Seyval Blanc, and Noiret) along with Method Distillery's Sweet Vermouth -- botanicals in the vermouth include fresh oranges, dried Seville orange peel, hyssop, mace, angelica root, and chamomile. The gin, aperitivo, and vermouth are blended and the combination volume is split between three different aging vessels for a 6 month rest before re-blending and botlting -- vessels include an ex-Elijah Craig whiskey barrel, neutral Burgundy oak barrel previously used to age the Forthave Mithradates Vino Amaro, and a stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 in 375mL bottles. 30% ABV. 

Best served chilled over ice with an orange twist.
