The Details
An Oregonian blend of white and red grapes. Grapes were hand-harvested and fermented whole cluster using wild yeasts and nothing else. After the initial fermentation, the wine was pressed and finished in both French and Oregon old oak barrels for 5 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
