About the wine

A multi-vintage blend of 100% Pinot Noir from a 60-80-year-old parcel in Le Murtet, at the northernmost limit of Champagne in an area called the Massif de St. Thierry. Grown on sandy limestone soils. Certified organic farming with some biodynamic techniques. Wild yeast fermentation in oak foudres and undergoes full malo. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
