Grape clusters are de-stemmed, and the fruit macerates and ferments for eight days in barrels made from Slavonian wood. Then the wines age for a year in barriques, a year in stainless steel, and finally a year in bottle

In the area of Collio, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, on the border of Slovenia, Azienda Agricola Franco Terpin cultivates his ten-hectare vineyard. Always managed by his family, since his childhood Franco Terpin has seen these grapevines to grow. It led him to produce wines like himself.
