100% Gamay d’Auvergne. The most ‘serious’ of the estate landings this go-round – not quite as brooding as Minette but the profile of the wine feels like a smaller rendition of that. Earthy, smoky, savory with excellent darker fruit and tannin. Decant or lay down for a bit.
