The Details
From organically cultivated fruit grown on 30-60 year-old vines in Montlouis in the Loire (whose soils are primarily limestone/clay/silex), this is 100% Menu Pineau. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for up to 9 months in tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
