The Details
Collab between Frisach in Catalonia and Luyt in Chile - this vintage is all fruit from Frisach, 75% Parellada and 25% Carignan from the Celler Frisach vineyards. The grapes are harvested on the same day and ferment together for 5 days on their skins, then are pressed to ferment and age in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Bottled without fining, filtering, or added SO2.
