90% Muscat of Alexandria, 10% Limnio. Certified organic fruit from Lemnos Island, Greece. Volcanic soil. Grapes were handpicked, followed by fermentation on the skins using native yeasts in stainless steel for 21 days. Rests in stainless steel with Aleppo pine resin. Bottled in 500ML bottles unfined, with a touch of sulphur.
Tasing: Rosé and Retsina...combined? A wonderfully strange and unique combination that has all the freshness, minerality and acidity of a rosé, mixed with the piney, earthy aromas and flavors or traditional retsina. 500ML will seem like too little when you've finished the bottle.
