The Details

100% old-vine organically cultivated Barbera in the Langhe (Barbaresco) from a sandy-soil-dominant plot. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate, spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
