The Details

100% Spätburgunder biodynamically farmed in the Nahe. The first three quarters we picked were for the carbonic maceration part and the last quarter was destemmed and fermented on the skins for six days. All parts then pressed together and fermented in big old wooden barrels of 1200 and 2500 liters. Bottled zero/zero. 12.5%ABV
