The Details

100% old-vine (100+ year-old vines) Malvasía from biodynamically cultivated vines in Ribera del Duero. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerate for 14 days prior to pressing. Raised in vat for 6 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Held at the winery for another year or so before release.
