About the wine

This is a supple white wine from Grégory Guillaume who works three hectares of vines in the south of France.

Tasting Notes: Fruit-forward, the tart pulp of gooseberry gives way to a salty finish in this lip-smacking wine that is both rich and refreshing.

Vinification: Direct-press Chardonnay from a parcel of forty-five year old vines in Alba-la-Romaine (Ardèche).
