The Details
This is a bright and energetic white wine from Grégory Guillaume who works three hectares of vines in the south of France.
Tasting Notes: Spry and lively, underripe green citrus and fresh meadow scrub.
Vinification: Direct-press Grenache Blanc from a parcel of fifty year old vines in the hills of Villeneuve-de-Berg (Ardèche).
