The Details

100% Riesling from a mixture of 13 different sites in Brauneberg, Kesten, Mülheim, & Veldenz. Vines are cultivated according to organic with some biodynamic practices introduced - no herbicides, insecticides, fertilizers, etc. & minimal spraying. Grapes are hand-harvested from these vertiginous sites and directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral oak fuder. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. Fermented to dryness (tech: 6g/L residual sugar though with 7.3g acid measured).
