The Details

100% Gamay from 40-45 year-old vines organically cultivated in Morgon. Grapes are hand-harvested and 100% whole-cluster spontaneously fermented. Short maceration in tank prior to pressing and élevage for 6-9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
