100% Zweigelt from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Kamptal (Seeberg Vineyard). Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in neutral barrel followed by 20 month sur lie élevage. Bottled with addition of fresh must from 2020 vintage unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
