The Details

Grenache and Tempranillo from organically farmed vines on the north side of the San Gabriel Mountain Range in what is known as the Inland Empire. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately. 50% whole-cluster under a blanket of crushed fruit. 4 day maceration for the Tempranillo, 6 day maceration for the Grenache. Neutral barrel for fermentation and aging for 7 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<30ppm) added SO2.
