The Details

Syrah with a touch of Grenache from an expert winegrower of the Côtes Catalanes, Cyril Fhal whose estate project is known as "Clos de Rouge Gorge." For his négoce range he sources grapes from trusted friends who biodynamically cultivate their vineyards. A relatively brief maceration is followed by pressing and spontaneous fermentation/aging in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
