The Details

100% Aglianico from biodynamically cultivated 18 year-old vines planted in the volcanic tuff//loamy-clay soils of Campania's Caserta. A very brief maceration is followed by pressing into various amphorae - 50% of them are terracotta meanwhile the remaining 50% goes into egg-shaped gray ceramic stoneware. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 at bottling. 14%ABV
