This is a lively, rustic Lambrusco from  Il Folicello Società Agricola S.s. who are located in Castelfranco Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.

Tasting Notes: Black cherry, thorny blackberry, and mulberries craft the nose of the wine, while the sparkles add a pleasant prickle to the texture in the palate. A super refreshing Lambrusco, equal parts dark and light. 

Vinification: 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro (DOC), the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented and then refermented in the traditional col-fondo manner. Unfined, unfiltered. 11%ABV
