The Details
Seasonal release of a favorite small-batch Gin from NY State.
From the producer:
Original Gin as a base, and infuse it with wild foraged apples, dried pears, organic Assam tea and a touch of raw honey from our distillery beehives. Why Winter Gin?
We wanted to create a one-of-a-kind seasonal spirit that can be sipped neat or mixed in classic gin cocktails (especially martini variations). Winter Gin is complex, subtle, and contemplative. Think of it as an 80 Proof antidote to a pumpkin spice latte.
