The Details

Another first for me – I have never seen a btl of the CC Rouge! Still red wine. 70+ year-old vines of Pinot Noir on the chalky soils of Montgueux. Destemmed, macerated for 10 days prior to pressing (very light extraction). Neutral barrel élevage for 1 year. 0/0 fully.
