The Details
it’s in the name – the famed and sole vintage Champagne he makes every year to track vintage differences. It’s a blend of two to three parcels on Montgueux, 100% Chardo, Blanc des Blancs. The ’15 was my favorite of all the Lassaigne offerings we got last year, fwiw.
