The Details
first time I’ve ever seen the wine let alone carried it. Chardonnay & Pinot Noir vinified separately – Chardonnay from Le Cotet & Pinot Noir from Marivat – the Chardo gets foot tread and pressed, the Pinot Noir sees a short maceration prior to pressing. Blended and aged in neutral barrel. As with most Lassaigne wines these are bottled zero/zero but see a very small (<10ppm) dose of SO2 at pressing.
