34% Juhfark, 30% Olaszrizling, 24% Chardonnay, 12% Pátria from volcanic Somló hill in Hungary. The wine macerates/spontaneously ferments on the skins for four months prior pressing and a short maturation in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
