The Details
Special Muscadet! 100% Melon de Bourgogne from organically grown, ~65 year-old vines planted in loam/silt/gabbro soils outside the village of Mouzillon. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed into 450L neutral barrels & concrete diamoned vats. Spontaneously fermented and blended thereafter in glass-lined underground vats for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
