50/50 co-ferment of Grolleau & Pineau d'Aunis. Grapes are from home holdings around St. Lambert-du-Lattay in the Côteaux du Layon of the western Loire Valley. Spontaneous fermentation, short maceration prior to pressing and aging in vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 9.5%ABV
