A big, lush, rare style from Ginglinger. Old-school, off-dryish (but big acidity lifts the wine up) 100% Pinot Gris from biodynamically cultivated vines on the Steiner Grand Cru. Limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging sur lie in neutral oak for 30 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
