The Details

A pure, tense, energetic Pinot Blanc, with incredible minerality. We first tried this wine out of porron (a traditional wine vessel you pour directly into your mouth) and trust us: the gulpability is intense. This is bottled unfined and unfiltered and may appear visccous in the bottle, but it is unquestionably lithe, with notes of white grapefruit, fresh peach flesh and salty lemon.
