The Details
100% Gamay from 50-70 year-old, organically cultivated vines in Charnay (Pierres Dorées) of southern Beaujolais. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerated and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral oak (for up to 9 months) prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
