The Details
100% Gruner Veltliner from both young and old vines biodynamically cultivated in the Weinviertel. Grapes are harvested in 3 passes of ripeness. Portions are macerated, others are directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
