About the wine

A blend of Parellada and Macabeu from vines planted on limestone in a village named Blancafort, which can be found in Catalonia's Conca de Barbera. The grapes are hand-harvested, and fermented separately, partly in tank and partly in amphora, and then macerated on the skins for about 10 days. After blending, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2 added.
