The Details

Mallorca, Spain. A juicy blend of Mantonegro, Callet, Callet Negrella & Escursac. 90% of the grapes were destemmed and the rest left whole cluster, and after the grapes coferment carbonically with wild yeasts. Aged in both neutral French oak and stainless. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
