100% biodynamically cultivated Gamay in the 'La Montagne' lieu-dit at high-elevation in Chiroubles. Vines average 60 years-old and are planted to granitic / quartzite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerate in concrete prior to aging for 10-12 months in neutral barrique. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
