The Details
The famed Danseuse has returned! Champagne Method Grolleau from Julie & Toby Bainbridge, no dosage. Vines are certified organically cultivated in Anjou on iron/calcium-rich sandy soils. Hand-harvested, the juice that goes into Danseuse is saignée (bled) juice from the Rouge aux Lèvres ferment. Disgorged in the spring which followed harvest. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5% ABV
