A touch of sugar! Second vintage of this wine! Young parcel of Grolleau Gris planted by Julie & Toby. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented and aged in fiberglass tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
