100% Gamay de Chaudenay - a red-fleshed member of the Gamay family tree native to the Loire. Believe this also gets semi-carbonic in vat before resting for 18 months and bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 

notes from tasting: The deeper of the reds. A bit of earth/animal/bramble and some brett but also body. Rustic with much deeper fruit. A colder vision of the Rhône or something like that - crazy wine that changed even during the 20 minutes of tasting after having already been open for 6 hours!
